This is under the direction of the Coordinación de Ciencias Computacionales of the Instituto Nacional de Astrófísica Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE) and the company 'DUROL sistemas y servicios,' with the consent of the Mexican Association for Pattern Recognition (MexAPR), which is affiliated with the IAPR.
